Luke Homen
President
Attorney Luke Homen is the President of Convenient Bankruptcy. He placed great value on helping individuals and families solve their financial challenges and achieve real financial freedom. His goal is to find a customized solution that fits each client's unique situation. Luke has been practicing law since 2008, and was voted "Best Bankruptcy Attorney in Oklahoma" by The Oklahoman in the Reader's Choice Awards.
When he is not practicing law, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife, Anna, and their three children, Samuel, Gabriella, & Moriah.
Alex Sullivan
Senior Associate Attorney
Attorney Alex Sullivan has a background in tax resolution and litigation. He is passionate about "fighting the good fight," and will fiercely defend our clients whenever the need arises. His practice focuses on our Chapter 7 cases, and all cases with tax-related difficulties. He had been admitted to practice in Oklahoma state and federal courts, as well as United States Tax Court, where he is a licensed tax attorney.
Outside the office, he loves reading and relaxing with his dogs Milo and Hank.
Colin Barrett
Associate Attorney
Attorney Colin Barrett is an associate attorney at our office, and he takes the lead role on our Chapter 13 cases. He has a well-earned reputation for saving our clients every possible dollar.
He was admitted to practice law in 2014, and graduated from Oklahoma City University with Honors. He loves practicing bankruptcy law because it helps to solve the financial stress that so many Oklahomans deal with on a daily basis.
He has a passion for gardening and a green thumb.
Selena
Paralegal
Selena is a long-time Oklahoma resident who loves OU Football and enjoys all sports. She graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor's in Political Science and Psychology, and went on to earn her Master's degree from Forrest Institute of Professional Psychology.
When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her 4 cats and 1 dog, and her 1 daughter. She believes that every client should be treated with compassion and dignity - and with the highest possible skill. She is very good at her job.
Kyle
Paralegal
Kyle joined our law office in 2018. He comes to the team with a background in residential real estate, and he enjoys helping people find ways to save their family home. When he's not working, you'll find Kyle at local dog parks with his dog, Madden, or traveling the country visiting national parks.
Rayne
Paralegal
Rayne graduated from Rose State College with a paralegal degree in 2013, and she has spent her legal career working in bankruptcy. Prior to joining Luke Homen Law, she worked as a legal assistant to a bankruptcy trustee, where she gained a tremendous amount of knowledge about how the bankruptcy system works. She has prepared hundreds of bankruptcy cases for individuals and families, and loves being able to use her experience to help people get a fresh start.
Bonnie
Litigation Paralegal
Bonnie is the litigation paralegal for our office. She handles our contested matters, including discovery, drafting, and coordinating client responses. She graduated from Rose State College with a paralegal degree in 1997, and has spent her career fighting for her clients to get the best possible result under the law.
She has three grown children, five grandchildren and she loves to sing Karaoke!
Travis
Legal Assistant
Travis moved to Oklahoma in 2016 from Michigan after meeting his wife in Moore, Oklahoma. Before becoming a legal assistant, Travis worked as a self-employed general contractor and enjoyed getting to know each family as he customized their home. He also worked for several years on his family farm. When he's not in the office, Travis loves to spend time with his wife and three boys. He has a deep passion for playing music and enjoys playing the keyboard, drums and guitar.
Patsy
Legal Assistant
Patsy joined our team in 2019. Before working in the legal field, Patsy worked as a Bible Buyer at a large retail chain, and was a small business owner for over ten years. Her favorite part of bankruptcy is the relief and hope it brings to people who need it the most. She is the proud grandmother of nine grandchildren, and enjoys spending every minute she can with every one of them.
